The Metropolitan Housing Alliance (MHA) through its affiliate, Central Arkansas Housing Corporation (CAHC), has partnered with several key organizations to provide training, education and job placement assistance. Each program is free to residents. The goal of the program is not only for the residents to obtain financial independence and stability, but to also find jobs that promote career advancement. This provides a conduit to building self-esteem and self-worth, which empowers families to become viable members of their community.
The services are not just available at the facilities of our partners but they are also located at various MHA communities for convenient access.
