Sunset Terrace, at 28th and Battery Street, was constructed in 1942. Its makeup is 37 buildings, of which there are 35 duplex units and 2 stand-alone units, making a total of 74 units. The duplexes range in size from 1 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, and the stand alone units have 5 bedrooms each, giving us a total of 74 overall units. The site is bordered on the west by Battery Street, on the east by Schiller Street, on the north by 29th Street and on the south by 30th Street. The State Fairgrounds are directly west of the site with single family homes on the other three sides of the community. The location is known as the South End of Little Rock.
