The complex is located in downtown Little Rock north of Hwy 630, west of Main St. and east of Hwy. 30. It is bounded on the north, east and south sides by residential neighborhoods and on the west by a church. It is within a few blocks from art museums, soup kitchens, churches and other amenities such as restaurants and parks. The eleven story high-rise building and grounds cover an entire block between 8th and 9th streets and between Rock and Cumberland streets. There is a bus stop within walking distance of the building entrance.
