LITTLE ROCK, AR (April 9, 2020) – On Thursday, the Metropolitan Housing Alliance (MHA) announced it will close its offices each Tuesday and Thursday for the purpose of deep cleaning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning Tuesday, April 14, MHA employees will work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice. There’s limited access to MHA lobby Monday through Fridays to receive drop-off communications. Staff is accessible Monday through Friday via phone at 501.373.8222 and via email at customerservice@mhapha.org. While in the office, employees are practicing social distancing and taking special precautions to stay healthy during this time of uncertainty.
“During this time of uncertainty, we appreciate the patience of our residents and landlords,” said Anthony Snell, MHA executive director. “MHA is continuing to monitor and adjust our business practices so that we can still provide necessary services while protecting the health of our employees and residents.”
Individuals who are unable to mail or electronically transmit documents may bring them to MHA’s controlled lobby on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 100 S. Arch St. and leave them in the designated bins. Limited staff will be available to answer questions within the environmentally protected area.
